郭業洲（1966年2月—），江蘇淮安人，中華人民共和國政治人物、外交官。曾任中共中央對外聯絡部副部長。現任中共中央外辦副主任。
生平
畢業於北京外國語學院德語系，後供職於中共中央對外聯絡部，擔任部長助理兼辦公廳主任。2010年8月，接替張萬學，擔任中華人民共和國駐保加利亞大使[1]。2013年8月回國，2014年1月，擔任中共中央對外聯絡部副部長[2]。2024年3月，轉任中共中央外辦副主任。[3]
