車旼奎（韓語：차민규 Cha Minkyu，1993年3月16日—）生於京畿道安養市，是一名韓國男子速度滑冰運動員，主攻短距離項目。車旼奎從小便體弱多病[1]，為了提高自己的體質，他在小學四年級時開始接觸短道速滑[2]。2011年，他放棄短道速滑，開始轉攻速度滑冰[3][4]。
