西弗里西亞群島（荷蘭語：West Friese Eilanden）舊稱瓦登群島，是弗里西亞群島在荷蘭的部分，包括5座有人居住的島嶼和8座無人居住的小島和沙洲。各主要島嶼上都有大量的從南部瓦登海圍出來的圩田。特塞爾北部的艾爾蘭（Eierland） 是一個鳥類自然保護區的一部分。[1][2]
