蔡述明（1938年3月—2020年9月22日），廣東潮州人，中華人民共和國自然地理學家、政治人物。
早年畢業於中山大學，加入中國民主促進會。擔任中國科學院測量與地球物理研究所研究員。1998年1月起，任湖北省政協副主席[1]。
