蕭中素（1607年—？），一名詩，字芷崖，華亭（今江蘇松江）人。
萬曆三十五年出生。[1]原為木匠世家，[2]中素亦以木工為生，[3]好讀書，博學能文，亦能作詩，吳騏序稱其「執藝食力，詩名將四十年。」姜兆翀亦云：「其詩殊有寄託，不得以晚年遊戲之筆概之。」[4]王九齡稱：「清新雄麗，直造三唐閫奧。」有佳句：「遼海呑邊月，長城鎖亂山。」康熙二十九年（1690年），尚在世。[5]有《釋柯集》。
