格雷戈里·J·穆爾（英語：Gregory J. Moore），中文名為莫凱歌，美國政治學者、國際關係學家，現任科羅拉多基督大學的全球研究與政治學教授[1][2]。他曾在2022年參加美國科羅拉多州的參議院選舉，但在共和黨初選中未能獲得參選資格[3]。美中關係全國委員會成員[1]。
人物經歷
莫凱歌生於明尼阿波利斯[3]。在位於明尼蘇達州穆爾黑德的康科迪亞學院（Concordia College）學習藝術期間，穆爾到坦桑尼亞達累斯薩拉姆大學交換的一學期激發了他對國際事務的興趣[2]。2004年，在趙穗生等人指導下，他完成了關於中美關係的博士論文，獲丹佛大學博士學位[2][4]。
