魯僖公十七年（前643年）秋，魯國軍隊滅亡項國。齊國人拘留魯僖公，不讓他回國。秋季，聲姜因僖公之故，在卞地會見齊桓公[1]。魯文公十六年（前611年），有蛇從泉宮出來，進入國都，共十七條，和先君的數目一樣。秋八月辛未，聲姜薨，毀泉台。魯文公十七年（前610年）四月癸亥，魯國安葬小君聲姜。由於有齊國攻戰造成的困難，所以推遲[2]。
