耶基斯國家靈長類研究中心（Yerkes National Primate Research Center）是埃默里大學下屬的研究機構，同時也是美國國立衛生研究院設立的七個靈長類研究中心之一[1]。該中心位於佐治亞州亞特蘭大市埃默里大學校園裡。
該研究機構的主要研究範圍包括傳染性疾病、腦科學、行為科學等。其在HIV研究、阿爾茲海默症、靈長類動物的語言發展方面均有代表性成果。其中，為非人靈長類動物設計的耶基斯語即在該研究機構首次試驗[2]。
耶基斯國家靈長類研究中心是1930年由羅伯特·耶基斯於佛羅里達州橙園建立的，當時附屬於耶魯大學。1965年，該研究機構遷至埃默里大學的園區。現在，該研究所在市郊另有一個Field Station園區。
