縹緲峰是江蘇省蘇州市西山的最高峰，位於西山島西南部，海拔336.6米，為太湖七十二峰之首。可登頂瞭望太湖風光，從水月塢、涵村塢有盤山公路和步行道上山。宋代詩人范成大有「縹緲峰頭望太湖」的詩句。
