第一代萊斯特伯爵羅伯特·達德利 KG，PC（英語：Robert Dudley, 1st Earl of Leicester，1532年6月24日—1588年9月4日）英國政治家，英國女王伊麗莎白一世多年的密友、寵臣，曾長期追求並向伊麗莎白求婚。第一代諾森伯蘭公爵約翰·達德利之子，1560年達德利的妻子過世，坊間謠傳他與伊麗莎白合謀將其殺害，導致兩人放棄結婚的打算。1585年率英格蘭軍隊前往荷蘭支持反西班牙的暴動，因指揮不當被召回國。
