章頻（？—？），字簡之，建州浦城縣人。章仔鈞曾孫，章頔兄長，章楶祖父。
歷秘書省校書郎、知南昌縣，改大理寺丞，知九隴縣，遷殿中丞。天禧年間，任監察御史，後為三司度支判官。出知宣州，改殿中侍御史，遷侍御史，謫知饒州，復為度支判官，累遷刑部郎中。
章頻病逝於出使契丹途中的紫蒙縣。
