立體選擇性，立體化學術語。 當一個反應生成A, B兩個立體異構體，而A產量比B多的時候稱相應的反應具有立體選擇性。典型的立體選擇性反應，比如有維蒂希反應，Horner-Wadsworth-Emmons反應，羥醛反應等等。
