王宗浩（9世紀—911年），唐朝到五代十國的軍事人物，前蜀高祖王建的義子。
王宗浩有拳勇，善於騎射。他跟隨王建進入西川，擔任軍使。唐昭宗天復二年（902年），王建攻下興州，擢升王宗浩為興州刺史。青泥嶺之戰，王宗浩當時充任馬步使，戰敗，逃回興州，落入江中溺死。
