王天凱（1946年5月—），漢族，浙江杭州人，中華人民共和國政治人物、第十一屆全國政協委員。 其外祖父胡振禔是宣統三年的進士。
生平
加入中國共產黨，擔任中國恆天集團公司董事長、黨委書記。2008年，當選第十一屆全國政協委員[1]，代表中華全國總工會，分入第十七組。[2]
