河南人民出版社是位於中國河南省鄭州市的出版社，是以出版哲學、社會科學類圖書為主的綜合性出版社，成立於1949年5月10日。由河南省新聞出版局主管、主辦，累計出版圖書18000餘種，主辦《作文指導報》，多次榮獲「五個一工程」優秀圖書獎、國家圖書獎、中國圖書獎、全國優秀暢銷書獎，2000年被評為全國良好出版社。[1]
