沈明仁（?—?），元朝浙西土豪，是中國佛教華嚴宗的支派白雲宗的總攝，號白雲宗主。
元武宗至大元年（1308年），白雲宗獲得合法地位。元仁宗延祐二年（1315年），沈明仁被仁宗授予榮祿大夫、司空。延祐六年（1319年），他糾集徒眾十萬人，蓄髮娶妻，自有田宅，擅度僧四千八百餘人、強占民田二萬頃。劉用彈劾沈明仁強奪民田、誑誘愚俗、私賂近侍、妄受名爵，奸惡不法。十月，仁宗飭有司逮鞫從嚴，毋得庇縱，違者同罪。沈明仁坐罪入獄。延祐七年（1320年），朝廷詔籍白雲宗僧者還俗。
