柘城孟莊遺址又名心悶寺遺址，位於中華人民共和國河南省商丘市柘城縣崗王鄉孟莊村，1986年被列為第二批河南省文物保護單位，2013年被列為第六批全國重點文物保護單位。

李莊遺址為商代二里崗文化遺址，發掘於20世紀70年代，南北長280米，東西長110米。在其中發現了大量的窖穴、房基、墓葬、灰坑、夯土基址、冶鑄作坊、窯址及灰坑[1][2]。另在夯土城基中發現一具女性骨架，在其身上發現三道繩痕，推測為殉葬奴隸。[3]
