政府約法（英語：Instrument of Government）是17世紀英格蘭聯邦護國公時期時的憲法，為近現代國家中首部成文憲法，由新模範軍少將約翰·蘭伯特於1653年在參考《建議要點》和《人民協定》的基礎上起草，當年由克倫威爾通過，1657年被廢除，由《謙卑請願》取代。
