戚勳（?—?），字伯屏，號羽明。明末江陰人。
早年為諸生，崇禎十六年秋八月，授文華殿中書舍人。弘光帝即位，奉詔督餉福建，不久南京陷落。與陳明遇迎故典史閻應元為帥。城破，戚勳在壁上書寫「大明文華殿中書戚勛死節之地」，自焚死。著有《留丹集》、《佩朱隨筆》。
