張琬（1346年—1372年），字宗琰，江西波陽人，明朝政治人物。
張琬早年中貢士，後授給事中，改為戶部主事。某天，朱元璋問天下財賦及戶口情況，其對答如流。朱元璋大喜，並立即升其為戶部侍郎。其敢於就災民租稅上言時政，但其二十七歲即逝，世人為之嘆息[1]。
