張銀福（1948年—），漢族，中華人民共和國政治人物、第十一屆全國政協委員。
加入中國共產黨，擔任國防科學技術大學原副校長。2008年，當選第十一屆全國政協委員[1]，代表教育界，分入第四十一組。[2]
