張彤（1973年8月—），男，漢族，四川都江堰人，中華人民共和國政治人物。四川大學哲學系行政管理專業本科畢業，四川大學經濟學院政治經濟學專業博士學位。
生平
1990年9月，在四川大學哲學系行政管理專業學習。1994年7月畢業參加工作，在四川省農業銀行直屬支行工作了三個月，進入共青團成都市委工作。1994年1月加入中國共產黨。
2002年12月，任共青團成都市委書記。2005年2月，任中共邛崍市委副書記、市長。2007年5月，任共青團四川省委副書記。2007年11月，任共青團四川省委書記[1]。2013年3月，任中共樂山市委副書記、市長[2]。2018年2月24日，當選為第十三屆全國人大代表[3]。2021年7月，任中共廣安市委書記[4]。
家庭
父親張中偉，1993年任四川省副省長。1997年任中共四川省委副書記。2000年任四川省省長。2007年任第十屆全國人大農業與農村委員會副主任委員[5]。
