生平
早年就讀於北平鐵道管理學院、中法大學。1972年，任中共北京市西城區體委黨委書記，後升任西城區區長、北京市市長助理、中共北京市委副秘書長兼朝陽區委書記[1]。1984年7月，任北京市副市長。後任政協北京市第七屆、第八屆委員會副主席[2]。
