宋文漢（1939年—2024年3月30日），湖南湘鄉人，中國人民解放軍將領、中國人民解放軍中將，九屆全國人大代表，十屆全國政協委員。

1983年5月任第41集團軍副參謀長，1985年8月任第41集團軍參謀長，1988年7月任第42集團軍參謀長，1990年6月任廣州軍區副參謀長，1996年11月任廣州軍區參謀長，2002年1月至2002年7月任廣州軍區副司令員。
