嫩江路隧道是中國上海市一座規劃中的橫跨黃浦江的隧道，主要服務楊浦中原地區和浦東間的交通往來。[1]按照規劃，嫩江路隧道作為嫩江路辟通工程個後續工程，將一路向東下穿黃浦江，連接浦東的洲海路，用以緩解工作日高峰時期翔殷路隧道的擁擠。[2][1]
