呵加剌銀行（英語：Agra and United Service Bank Limited），1833年成立於英屬印度孟加拉[1]的一家英印合資銀行。1858年，已經將總行遷往倫敦的該銀行利用皇家特許狀進行了登記。[2]
1854年，該銀行在上海杭州路成立分行[a][4]，經理卡德諾（John Cardno），曾發行有紙幣[b]。[6]1855年，在廣州設立分支機構，1858年，在香港設立分行。1864年，該銀行與倫敦馬士特曼·彼得斯·米爾得公司（Masterman，Peter，Milder and Company）合併，改組為「Agra and Masterman's Bank」（阿加剌和馬士特曼銀行，或譯為「阿加剌與馬士打文銀行」[7]）。1866年，該行受金融風潮影響破產[c]，同年9月上海分行停業。[6]
1870年，新的呵加剌銀行（Agra Bank Ltd.）通過招股集資成立。同年5月12日，上海分行復業。此後又分別於1875年在福州，1880年在漢口，1885年在九江，1887年在煙臺芝罘設立分支機構。[5]:31893年7月21日，該銀行再度停辦。[6]
