後埠子島是東平湖中的一個島嶼，位於東平湖濕地公園西側，距離土山島5.6千米，但它同時也是東平湖濕地的一部分。該島地勢低平，東平湖汛期時幾乎完全被淹沒，而東平湖水位下降時又會與大陸直接相連。

後埠子島上有碼頭，但該碼頭只有前往土山島的航線。
