生平
1978年12月入伍，曾歷任班長、區隊長、指導員、教導員、團政治處主任、團政委，師政治部主任、師副政委、廣州軍區政治部宣傳部代副部長、西藏日喀則和林芝軍分區代副政委、師政委，第42集團軍政治部主任。2012年12月任第42集團軍副政委，2015年4月調任第16集團軍政委。[2]2017年，出任新組建的中國人民解放軍陸軍第八十三集團軍政治委員。[3]2018年12月，任東部戰區政治工作部副主任丶中共十九大代表 [4]。先後參加汕頭抗颱風救災、98長江抗洪、中印邊境武裝巡邏、南方抗擊雨雪冰凍災害、支援第十六屆亞運會等重大非戰爭軍事行動，獲評全軍優秀政治教員、全軍優秀基層幹部、全軍優秀指揮軍官。
