華君鐸（1942年5月14日—），江蘇常熟人，中華人民共和國政治人物、外交官。1965年畢業於華東師範大學英國語言文學系。1993年，接替石春來，擔任中華人民共和國駐澳大利亞大使[1]。2001年，接替周剛擔任中華人民共和國駐印度大使[2]。2004年，由孫玉璽接任。
2004年11月29日舉行的2010年上海世博會組委會第二次會議上，審議通過了華君鐸為上海世界博覽會中國政府總代表[3]。
