劉維（1969年4月—2015年2月9日），男，四川廣漢人，中國商人，前廣漢乙源實業公司老闆，劉漢之弟，於2014年5月23日於湖北省咸寧市中級人民法院一審宣判死刑。[1]因為劉漢、劉維兄弟涉及控制黑社會性質組織、故意殺人、非法持有槍支等罪名，另外，劉氏兄弟利用非法手段謀取巨額經濟利益，劉氏兄弟旗下漢龍集團涉及地產、礦業、工程等業務，漢龍集團的估值達數百億人民幣，不過，現時劉氏兄弟的漢龍集團遭罰款3億元人民幣。2015年2月9日，經過最高人民法院核准，湖北省咸寧市中級人民法院依法對犯組織、領導、參加黑社會性質組織罪、故意殺人罪等罪的罪犯劉漢執行死刑。[2]
