佛羅里達自然歷史博物館（Florida Museum of Natural History；FLMNH） 是美國佛羅里達州州立的自然歷史博物館，主要場館位於蓋恩斯維爾的佛羅里達大學校園內。

其歷史可以追溯至1891年，當時是萊克城佛羅里達農業學院（Florida Agricultural College）一名教授的收藏，學院在1905年關閉後，藏品轉移至佛羅里達大學。1917年，佛羅里達州立博物館（Florida State Museum）正式成立，1988年改現名。
