於天敏（1964年1月—），男，漢族，重慶人。1986年5月加入中國共產黨，1986年7月參加工作。西南政法學院法律系畢業，研究生學歷，法學博士學位。中華人民共和國政治人物、第十三屆全國人民代表大會遼寧地區代表。
生平
2015年5月，任重慶市人民檢察院副檢察長、黨組副書記。2017年1月，任遼寧省人民檢察院檢察長、黨組書記。2018年2月24日，當選為第十三屆全國人大代表[1]。2019年3月，任中共遼寧省委常委、政法委書記[2]。2024年1月，於天敏當選為遼寧省政協副主席[3]。
