中華人民共和國—圖瓦盧關係是指中華人民共和國與圖瓦盧的外交關係。兩國從未建交[1]。對圖瓦盧的相關事務由中華人民共和國駐斐濟大使館兼轄[2]。
1978年9月30日，中國國務院總理華國鋒致電祝賀圖瓦盧獨立，並宣布中國政府承認圖瓦盧政府[3]。1988年8月29日，圖瓦盧總理托馬西·普阿普阿隨南太平洋島國會議訪華團非正式訪問北京[4]。
圖瓦盧自1979年起與中華民國建交。
