中國人權雙周刊（Chinese Human Rights Biweekly[1]）是一家總部位於美國的中文網絡雜誌，由非政府組織中國人權所有。[2]於2009年6月1日正式落成。自2020年1月30日起，該雜誌不再更新。
中國人權雙周刊是一份刊登在中國大陸被禁止和審查的新聞和觀點的時事通訊。[3]創刊以來，該雜誌多次因中國大陸黑客的網絡攻擊而癱瘓。中國人權雙周刊的使命是「為中國的人權進步吶喊」。該刊是海外華人自由知識分子發聲的主要平台之一，也是海外民運的主流媒體。
