萬聞華（1974年7月—），江蘇海門人，女，中華人民共和國政治人物。1988年6月加入共青團，1994年11月加入中國共產黨。南京化工大學高分子系高分子材料專業畢業。
長期在共青團江蘇省委工作，曾任共青團江蘇省委權益部副部長，共青團江蘇省委統戰部部長、江蘇省青年聯合會秘書長，共青團江蘇省委副書記、江蘇省青聯副主席。2011年10月，任中國共青團江蘇省委書記、黨組書記[1]。
2016年6月，任中共連雲港市委副書記（正市級）、組織部部長[2]。2017年5月，改兼任中共海州區委書記。2020年6月，不再擔任海州區委書記。2021年8月，出任中共泰州市委副書記、市政府市長[3]。
