丁文淵（1889年（或1897年）[1]6月21日—1957年12月29日），字月波，男，江蘇泰興人，中華民國外交官、政治人物。
生平
1920年丁文淵畢業於同濟醫學院。1923年留學德國，獲法蘭克福大學醫學博士學位。1934年回國後任國民政府行政院參議、考試院參事。陳介大使出使德國時，他被派往德國，任法蘭克福大學中國學院副院長、中國駐德國大使館參贊（1936-1938年）。[1]回國後，1942年抗戰期間在四川李莊任同濟大學校長。在任時，其治校作風引發學生與教授的不滿，於1944年離任。[2]戰後任外交部專門委員。[3]1949年到香港，1952年患直腸癌經手術割治；1957年12月29日晚上7時45分因心臟病發在香港去世，於同年12月31日下午萬國殯儀館舉行公祭，蔣中正並致唁電，後遺體遵其遺願贈予香港大學作解剖教學之用。

哥哥丁文江為地質學家。
