财务管理服务部门（Financial Management Service，简称FMS）是美国财政部的一个部门，成立于1974年，为联邦政府提供了多种财务服务。2012年10月7日，财政部长提摩西·弗朗茨·盖特纳发布了一项指令，将FMS与公共债务局合并，以组建新的财政局。
