第三代史宾赛伯爵约翰·史宾赛（英语：John Spencer, 3rd Earl Spencer，1782年5月30日—1845年10月1日），1834年继承爵位之前称为阿尔索普子爵（Viscount Althorp），是英国贵族以及政治人物，辉格党的成员，曾于1830年至1834年同时担任财政大臣以及下议院领袖。
