理查·尼尔（英语：Richard Neal；1949年2月14日—）是美国的一位政治人物[1][2]。自2013年开始，他是马萨诸塞州第1选举区选出的美国众议院议员。他的党籍是民主党。他曾经担任春田市的市长。
