深股动脉

深股动脉（拉丁语：arteria profunda femoris；英语：deep artery of the thigh）为股动脉的其中一条分支。正如其名，深股动脉相对于股动脉的主干位于较后方的位置。

解剖

深股动脉在股动脉的起源处就立刻分支出来，并倚股骨下行，之后穿越耻骨肌（英语：pectineus）和内收长肌（英语：adductor longus）之间，最终沿内收长肌后方下行。股深动脉没有离开大腿。

分支

深股动脉有许多分支：

• 外侧旋股动脉（英语：Lateral circumflex femoral artery）
• 内侧旋股动脉
• 穿通动脉（英语：Perforating arteries），会穿越大收肌（英语：adductor magnus）进入到大腿的后隔间及内隔间。
