杆状DNA病毒属（学名：Badnavirus）是一种病毒属，属于逆转录病毒目花椰菜花叶病毒科。植物作为天然宿主。该属有67种。与该属相关的疾病包括：CSSV：叶萎黄病、根坏死、幼叶中的红色脉带、小斑点豆荚和茎/根肿胀，随后枯死。感染会在一年内使产量降低25%，在两年内降低50%，并且通常会在3到4年内杀死树木。[1][2]

生命周期
病毒复制是核/细胞质。进入宿主细胞是通过病毒蛋白附着在宿主受体上来实现的，宿主受体介导内吞作用。复制遵循 dsDNA(RT)复制模型。 DNA模板转录，特别是dsDNA-RT转录是转录方法。病毒通过核孔出口和小管引导的病毒运动离开宿主细胞。植物作为天然宿主。该病毒通过载体（csv：粉蚧）传播。传播途径是媒介传播、机械传播和种子传播。[1]
