德兰·米尔斯（Therese Mills，1928年12月14日—2014年1月1日）是千里达及托巴哥记者，同时也是《千里达及托巴哥卫报》第一位女主编[1]。1993年，她创立了后来广受欢迎的报纸《千里达及托巴哥新闻日报》。她之后由于在新闻领域的贡献，赢得包括恰空花奖章等无数奖项[2]。她在2014年死前继续担任报社执行长，享年85岁[1]。
