親潮（日语：親潮／おやしお oyashio），或稱千島寒流、千島海流（日语：千島海流／ちしまかいりゅう Chishima Kairyū），是一股北太平洋亞寒帶（英语：Subarctic）的循環洋流（寒流），自北極海逆時鐘方向向南經由白令海流往西北太平洋，在日本東部海域與黑潮會合形成北太平洋洋流。親潮對於俄羅斯遠東地區的氣候

副极地气候（subpolar climate），又名副極地大陆性氣候、亚寒带气候（Subarctic climate）、亚寒带针叶林气候或雪林气候、極北氣候（boreal climate），是一种主要分布在北纬50ºN至70ºN之间的气候类型，夏季氣候涼爽，冬季酷寒。
