历史
1996年至2009年，该公司的名称为 AdventNet, Inc. [7]
2008年，卓豪与数字星空合作，由数字星空在中国大陆代理卓豪产品，相关产品以品牌“百会”推出[8]。2016年，卓豪收回数字星空的相关产品营运权，百会以代理商身份继续与其合作[9]。
AdventNet于2001年将业务扩展到日本。Zoho CRM于2005年发布，随后该公司于2006年发布了 Projects、Creator和 Sheet。2007年发布在线协作办公平台Zoho Docs以及Zoho Meeting。[10]
