加拿大印第安人寄宿学校系统 是一群專為加拿大境內原住民（Indigenous people，包括第一民族、梅蒂人、因纽特人）所設立的寄宿学校。該系統由加拿大政府的印地安及北方事務部資助並與基督教教堂合作管理。在1894年至1947年间，所有的加拿大印第安人儿童都被法律强制要求就读寄宿学校。
