维吉妮亚·凯瑟琳·“吉娜”·罗兰兹（英语：Virginia Cathryn "Gena" Rowlands，1930年6月19日—2024年8月14日），美国电影、舞台剧及电视剧女演员，3次获得艾美奖、2次金球奖，最出名的演出是她与导演丈夫约翰·卡萨维兹在10部电影中的合作，包含《女煞葛洛莉》和《醉酒的女人》，她的表演获得奥斯卡奖提名。2015年被奥斯卡组委会授予荣誉奖即奥斯卡终身成就奖[1][2]。
