基底核（英語：basal ganglia）又称基底节、基底神经节，是大脑深部一系列神经核团组成的功能整体。它是位於大腦皮質底下一群運動神經核的統稱，与大脑皮层，丘脑和脑干相连。目前所知其主要功能为自主运动的控制、整合調節細緻的意識活動和運動反應。它同时还参与记忆，情感和奖励学习等高级认知功能。基底
