中国香港曲棍球总会（英语：Hockey Hong Kong, China）是专门管辖香港曲棍球事务的组织。该组织成立于1933年[1]。现时，中国香港曲棍球总会是国际曲棍球总会和亚洲曲棍球总会的成员，旗下的主要比赛是香港曲棍球联赛。
