《非凡大探索》，是台湾非凡电视台新闻部专题组（共四组记者）制作，专门以“新闻专题”的方式记录全台各地美食店家，播出时间为每周日20:00~21:00。台视综合台、新传媒U频道亦有播出。
节目内容
是提供消费者全台各地的美食资讯，深入报导各种美食的制作过程，记录其食材的处理流程和原则，也提供店家创业成功的经验。
