雷射屈光角膜切削术（英语：Photorefractive keratectomy，缩写：PRK），是一种无瓣膜手术（photoablation procedure）。因为直接使用雷射照在角膜表面组织使其蒸散挥发掉，而修整过的角膜具较佳对焦效果，近年较不流行。但术式在2009年后有新演进的TransPRK取代，成为近视雷射术式中较安全的方式。
